We’d like to include all the shows created by SPC members. To have yours included, please follow the instructions below.

Saving a Pro Show Gold show as a flash video for the Web

  1. Go to the menus at the top of the window, and choose Create > Flash
  2. Click the Menus icon at the top of the Create Flash dialog.
  3. Select no menus on the right side of the dialog.
  4. Set the Aspect to “4:3 (TV)”.
  5. Click the Shows icon at the top of the dialog.
  6. Make sure the the box beside OFF/ON Include Intro Show is unchecked (OFF).
  7. Click the Options icon at the top of the dialog.
  8. Set the Video Bitrate to Video for 768 Broadband”.
  9. Make sure the box for Show controls is unchecked.
  10. Set the Resolution to 400×300px.
  11. Set the Framerate to 20.
  12. Make sure the box for Loop Show is unchecked.
  13. Uncheck all of the boxes under Web Page Options.
  14. Click the Create button.
  15. In the Save Show File dialog, browse to a convenient location, such as your desktop.
  16. For the File name, enter your name and the slideshow title, for example john_doe_classic_cars.
  17. Click Save.
  18. Once the show is created, open the folder, and copy the .flv file to a CD.
  19. Label the disc appropriately and give it to Sheena at the next club meeting.
